- “Engagement” means any contract under which a Candidate provides services to a Client.

4. Recruitment Services
4.1 Scope of Services:

4.2 Client Responsibilities:

- Clients must comply with UK employment laws and avoid discrimination in hiring.
4.3 Candidate Responsibilities:
- Candidates must provide truthful information in applications and interviews.
- Candidates are responsible for ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and work permit requirements.
5. Fees & Payments
5.1 Clients engaging Vivo Talent Solutions for recruitment services must pay agreed fees per contract terms.
5.2 Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements and must be adhered to.
5.3 If a Client hires a Candidate introduced by Vivo Talent within 12 months, a placement fee applies.
6. Refund & Rebate Policy
6.1 If a Candidate leaves within the first four weeks of employment (excluding redundancy or death), Clients may be eligible for a partial refund, provided:
- The full fee was paid on time.
- Written notice of termination was given within 7 days of the Candidate’s departure.
- The Candidate is not re-engaged by the Client or its affiliated companies within 12 months.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 Both Clients and Candidates agree to keep information provided by Vivo Talent confidential.
7.2 Candidates’ personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
8.1 Vivo Talent acts as an employment agency and does not guarantee that any Introduction will result in an employment contract.
8.2 Vivo Talent is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by Clients or Candidates.
8.3 Vivo Talent is not liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from recruitment decisions made by Clients.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
9.1 Vivo Talent Solutions values the privacy of its Clients and Candidates. All personal data is processed in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.
9.2 Data Collection & Use:
- We collect personal data such as name, contact details, job title, and employment history to provide recruitment services.
- We use this data for communication, service fulfilment, and marketing (with consent).
9.3 Data Sharing:
- Personal data may be shared with Vivo Talent’s internal staff and third-party contractors providing essential services.
