Founded in 2020, Quell is a cutting-edge fitness tech start-up on a mission to blend immersive gameplay with high-intensity workouts. Their innovative approach tailors workouts to the player, wrapped in a fantasy RPG experience that transforms exercise into a truly engaging, story-driven adventure.

The Challenge

As an early-stage start-up, Quell faced the typical pressures of company looking to expand – limited time, high expectations and no room for hiring mistakes.

With every new role being mission-critical, they needed a recruitment partner who could not only remove the hiring burden but also truly understand the technical and cultural areas of their business.
