Vivo was engaged at the outset of the divestment to pitch for the data transformation project, competing directly with a well-known global consulting group.
Lloyds required a scalable team of Data Engineers across an 18-month period, with skillsets evolving in line with each phase of the project.
We structured the project into three distinct phases:
Phase 1 β Migration
Extract legacy data and migrate it into Azure Data Lake.
Phase 2 β Development
Build and optimise the Data Lake architecture; run Proofs of Concept to validate design.
Phase 3 β Deployment
Full business deployment, process improvements, and data visualisation enablement.
Throughout the engagement, we focused on:
- Delivering a cost-effective resourcing model aligned with Lloyds’ timelines.
- Ensuring an excellent technical and cultural fit to support their internal project team.
- Remaining agile to meet shifting skill requirements across each phase.
