Client: Grafton Group plc, an international distributor of building materials and DIY products, operating brands like Selco, Woodie's, and Chadwicks across Europe. Tech stack: Workday, Excel, with a central hub in Wythall, Birmingham. Culture: Dynamic and fast-moving team, with an emphasis on growth, stakeholder management and continuous learning.
The Challenge:
Grafton were looking for a senior Systems Analyst to help support their growing systems environment and HR team, as well as someone who could eventually step into the role of Head of HR Systems.
The challenge was that the internal team were unable to identify suitable candidates from their ad response. Not only this, but with 5 other recruitment firms working on the role for a few weeks, they hadnβt found anyone suitable for the role yet. To add to the difficulty, they needed someone local due to 3-day in-office policy.

The Outcome:
Within 21 days, we placed a Senior Systems Analyst from a similar sized organisation.
